Prepare Your Parcel
Securely pack the unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached for a valid return.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
